In the past years the situation for the Palestinians in Bethlehem, just south of Jerusalem, has deteriorated dramatically. This is especially due to the disputed erection by Israel of the separation wall. This wall extends through the whole occupied Westbank. The outlook of the Palestinian youth is severely diminished. Good support of the youth is needed to provide them with a view of a future. That is why the AEI began the Youth House and named it 'Open windows'. It provides after school activities and education and is open to all Palestinian youth in Bethlehem, Christians and Muslims. This is a way of giving the youth an attractive view of a future in a dull and hopeless situation.

For the activities in the Youth House funds are needed. The FOYB foundation raises money for this. All you give to FOYB will be handed over to the AEI in Bethlehem. So you contribute directly to giving the youth in Bethlehem a better perspective.
FOYB is registered as an ANBI organisation, which means that gifts and donations are fiscally deductible in the Netherlands
